Pilot Building
Active project management from SGC to create a fully functioning system for one production line. Co-operation with resources from the mill to create a working template for the mill be able to continue the process in-house (for all the production lines). Maximum usage of available resources to create the most cost-effective way to make a successful pilot. Result will be fully functional system for one line AND full template and training for continuing process in-house!

Change Implementation
Inclusion of all affected parties into the launch of the system. Training program for the operators. Explaining the best practices and use-cases of the solution across all affected parties.
